1. Russian Foreign Ministry announced measures against the decisions of <\/span>the Government of Japan<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering the obviously unfriendly character of unilateral restrictions <\/span>imposed by Tokyo, the Russian Federation decided not to continue peace treaty <\/span>talks with Japan, suspended visa-free travel for Japanese citizens, withdrew from <\/span>the dialogue with Japan on developing joint economic activities on the southern <\/span>Kuril Islands.<\/span><\/p>\n

All responsibility for harming bilateral cooperation and the interests of <\/span>Japan itself rests with Tokyo, which has deliberately chosen an anti-Russia course <\/span>instead of developing mutually beneficial cooperation and neighborly relations.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Briefings by Russian Defence Ministry<\/span><\/p>\n

21 Mac 2022 (17:30) Ukrainian nationalists continue to use residential areas <\/span>of settlements and social facilities as a “human shield to deploy their artillery <\/span>systems and conduct massive fire on Russian servicemen.<\/span><\/p>\n

The coordinates of the position of Ukrainian multiple rocket launchers were <\/span>confirmed by Russian reconnaissance through several channels, as well as the <\/span>location of warehouse with rocket ammunition was discovered in a closed <\/span>shopping centre on the outskirts of Kiev. <\/span><\/p>\n

Missiles <\/span>of “Kinzhal” complex were launched from a range of more than 1,000 kilometers. <\/span><\/p>\n

The flight time of the hypersonic missile was less than 10 minutes. Due to <\/span>hypersonic speed, ultra-high kinetic energy, as well as due to its invisibility and <\/span>invulnerability to any means of enemy air and missile defence the warhead was <\/span>able to destroy a protected underground arsenal located in a mountainous area, <\/span>built in Soviet times.<\/span><\/p>\n

All the alleged “real data” about losses of military equipment and personnel <\/span>of the Russian Armed Forces, including senior and superior officers is <\/span>propagandistic lies.<\/span><\/p>\n

In turn, it is necessary to draw attention to the actions of the Ukrainian <\/span>Security Service, neo-Nazi formations and other so-called “special Ukrainian <\/span>structures” that terrorize their own citizens trying to leave the territory of Ukraine. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is these representatives of the Kiev regime who create a stir on the border. They <\/span>let children and women through. Although not all of them. As for the male population of Ukraine, they are forcibly conscripted into the army as so-called <\/span>“reservists”. In fact, they are used as “cannon fodder”.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the day, 3 tanks, 4 infantry fighting vehicles, 4 field artillery <\/span>guns and 6 all-terrain vehicles were destroyed in this area.<\/span><\/p>\n

Militia units of the Lugansk People’s Republic have established control <\/span>over Kalinovo Popasnoe, Novoaleksandrovka, Stepnoe, Boguslavskoe and <\/span>continue to destroy units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. More than 40 <\/span>personnel and 5 all- terrain vehicles of the enemy were destroyed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Air-force and Army aviation hit 137 military assets of the Ukrainian <\/span>Armed Forces. Among them 6 command posts and communication hubs, 2 <\/span>multiple launch rocket systems, 1 anti-aircraft missile system, 8 missile and <\/span>artillery weapons depots, as well as 101 areas of military equipment stockpile. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Russian air defence shot down 14 more Ukrainian unmanned aerial <\/span>vehicles, including 1 Bayraktar TB-2. The group of Ka-52 and other Mi-28n <\/span>helicopters destroyed 9 Ukrainian tanks, 7 infantry fighting vehicles and <\/span>armored personnel carriers during night strikes.<\/span><\/p>\n

In total, 230 unmanned aerial vehicles, 181 anti-aircraft missile systems, <\/span>1,528 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 154 multiple launch rocket <\/span>systems, 602 field artillery and mortars, as well as 1,312 units of special <\/span>military vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed during the <\/span>operation.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation began to <\/span>investigate crimes against civilians in Ukraine and facts of violent acts in the <\/span>
\nNikolaev region. According to the data they have, the militants of the territorial <\/span>defense of Ukraine bypass houses in all large settlements of the region and force <\/span>men to enroll in their ranks. And those refusing were shot on the spot.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Information is spreading on the Internet that the Russian military <\/span>continues to bombing civilian objects, and a shopping mall was damaged during <\/span>the shelling of the Podolsky district of Kyiv. <\/span><\/p>\n
