POLIS DIRAJA MALAYSIA (PDRM) MEMANDANG SERIUS KESALAHAN LAPORAN YANG DITERBITKAN OLEH AKHBAR SINAR HARIAN BARU-BARU INI YANG TELAH MENGAITKAN KETUA POLIS NEGARA BAHARU SEBAGAI AHLI KEPADA PARTI POLITIK TEMPATAN.<\/span><\/p>\n

PEJABAT INI MENGESAHKAN BAHAWA YDH DATO’ SRI HJ. MOHD KHALID BIN HJ. ISMAIL TIDAK PERNAH MENJADI AHLI, MAHUPUN MEMEGANG SEBARANG JAWATAN DALAM MANA-MANA PARTI POLITIK SEBAGAIMANA YANG DIDAKWA.<\/span><\/p>\n

KENYATAAN TERSEBUT ADALAH TIDAK BENAR, MENGELIRUKAN DAN MENCETUSKAN PERSEPSI YANG SALAH SEKALIGUS MENIMBULKAN KERAGUAN TERHADAP KREDIBILITI PASUKAN KESELAMATAN NEGARA.<\/span><\/p>\n

PDRM JUGA MENEGUR KERAS KECUAIAN MEDIA BERKENAAN DALAM MENERBITKAN MAKLUMAT YANG TIDAK DISEMAK SECARA TELITI DAN TELAH MENCALARKAN REPUTASI PASUKAN SERTA INDIVIDU. <\/span><\/p>\n

ETIKA KEWARTAWANAN SEHARUSNYA MENUNTUT SETIAP LAPORAN YANG DIKELUARKAN PERLU MENDAPAT PENGESAHAN FAKTA, PROSES SEMAKAN SILANG DAN MEMILIKI INTEGRITI DALAM PENULISAN.<\/span><\/p>\n

PASUKAN INI BERDIRI ATAS ASAS NEUTRALITI, INTEGRITI DAN PROFESIONALISME. <\/span><\/p>\n

JUSTERU, PDRM TIDAK AKAN MEMBIARKAN SEBARANG TINDAKAN YANG BOLEH MENJEJASKAN KEPERCAYAAN RAKYAT TERHADAP PASUKAN INI. <\/span><\/p>\n
