{"id":3985,"date":"2018-09-24T04:27:29","date_gmt":"2018-09-24T04:27:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/editormalaysia.com\/?p=3985"},"modified":"2018-09-24T04:30:38","modified_gmt":"2018-09-24T04:30:38","slug":"mahkamah-persekutuan-tolak-menjawab-isu-lantikan-raus-dan-zulkefli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/editormalaysia.com\/?p=3985","title":{"rendered":"MAHKAMAH PERSEKUTUAN TOLAK MENJAWAB ISU LANTIKAN RAUS DAN ZULKEFLI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mahkmah Persekutuan hari ini membuat keputusan untuk tidak menjawab empat persoalan undang-undang berhubung kesahan pelantikan Tun Raus Sharif sebagai Ketua Hakim Negara dan Tan Sri Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin sebagai Presiden Mahkamah Rayuan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Panel tujuh hakim <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mahkamah Persekutuan yan<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">g bersidang m<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">enyifatkan hal berkenaan telah menjadi akademik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Di antara panel tersebut, Hakim Besar Malaya Tan Sri Zaharah Ibrahim tidak membuat sebarang penghakiman atas alasan beliau dilantik selepas kedua-dua Raus dan Zulkefli bersara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hakim Mahkamah Persekutuan, Tan Sri Zainun Ali dalam penghakiman terakhir sebelum persaraan beliau pada 4 Oktober ini, menulis penghakiman sebulat suara berkata mahkamah tidak patut memutuskan hal berkenaan apabila perkara pelantikan tersebut dilihat telah menjadi akademik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Selesai beliau menyampaikan penghakimannya, Badan Peguam Malaysia dan Pejabat Peguam Negara mengucapkan tahniah dan selamat bersara kepada Hakim Zainun.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mahkmah Persekutuan hari ini membuat keputusan untuk tidak menjawab empat persoalan undang-undang berhubung kesahan pelantikan Tun Raus Sharif sebagai Ketua Hakim Negara dan Tan Sri Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin sebagai Presiden Mahkamah Rayuan.
